Tummy Time!

Eli enjoys being on his stomach more and more and for longer periods of time. It gives him a new perspective of our living room floor! :)

4 Generations!

Eli was not in the most photogenic mood...we will need to try this again when he doesn't want to eat his overalls...

Our thumb-sucking machine

Ever since Eli found his thumb, he can't get enough of it! That's okay - it does make him look pretty cute! :)

Mommy's 29th Birthday

Daddy decided to take Eli and Mommy to Lake Geneva to celebrate Mommy's 29th birthday. This was our first vacation as a family and we had a great time! We went for long walks by the lake, had a nice dinner in town, and enjoyed some shopping. Eli was a great boy and got lots of compliments for being so good in the restaurant and hotel! :)

Enjoying the evening on our balcony!

Eli got to use his port-a-crib for the first time and loved it! He talked to his new "friends" for about 10 minutes when we first put him in there! :)

3 months old!

In honor of Eli's 3 month birthday, and the 4th of July, we decided to do a little photo shoot up in Michigan.

Are you guys serious with this outfit?!

4th of July week in Michigan

Eli got to spend a whole week in Michigan first with Mommy and Daddy and then with Oma, Opa, Oma Kuypers, and Auntie Erika while the boys went to Todd's bachelor party.  We had a great time filled with mornings on the porch, walks by the lake, shopping, lots of eating, and even some swimming in our new blow-up pool!

Eli started to suck his thumb while we were there
