1st Hospital Stay ;(
Emerson ended up in the hospital for 2 nights with RSV. We took him to the doctor on Saturday for a bad cough and the doctor said that his lungs sounded good so there was nothing we could do, but we took him back on Tuesday morning because he was just getting worse. The doc sent us straight to the hospital for a breathing treatment, IV of fluids and some oxygen. It was so sad to see our little baby in the hospital, but we realized just how lucky we are to have 2 otherwise healthy boys. Plus he was in excellent hands, which made Mommy and Daddy feel much better.

One Month Old!
Our little chunky monkey is one month old already! Time has flown by!!! Emerson now weighs 11 pounds and is 22.5 inches long. He nurses from Mommy every 3-4 hours during the day and will sleep about 5-6 hours at night. He loves getting a bath in the kitchen sink and watching his big brother Eli. He has great big smiles for anyone who talks to him and is a very happy, easy going guy!
